Another week, another huge milestone reached by one of our much-loved team members!
Congratulations to Rich Andrews who celebrated his 10 year anniversary with us yesterday.When Rich joined the team, it was as a site labourer, following 10 years working in highways - and within 18 months his hard-work, tenacity and dedication had found him running sites for Champion...which he's been successfully doing ever since!
Chatting to Rich about this milestone, he said that he really enjoys his role at Champion and is very grateful for the support that's shown to everyone, from all levels in the business. This support and encouragement has helped him on his journey from Site Labourer, to Supervisor and then on to Site Manager. With a keen interest in Project Management going forward, we're sure we'll be celebrating many more of Rich's milestones with you all in the future.
