Our broad range of owned plant and machinery means we are ready to tackle every groundworks project.

About our plant & machinery

We own all our plant and machinery, which means we can start projects as soon as the site is ready. Where there are very bespoke plant and machinery needs, we have a selection of partners who can provide reliable plant hire within the local area.

Excavators

We have over 130 excavators, ranging from 1.5 ton to 35 ton. We buy high-quality excavators from Hitachi, Volvo, Takeuchi and Doosan. Some of our latest investments include the new Hitachi ZX225-7, fitted with Leica Geosystems GPS machine control and Engcon EC 2226 EC-oil Tiltrotator.

Dozers

We have three dozers from CAT and Komatsu. They are all fitted with GPS technology to ensure precision and safety.

Dump Trucks

We have over 95 dump trucks, ranging from three ton dumpers to 30 ton articulated dump trucks. These high-quality machines are manufactured by Volvo, Thwaites and Hydreama.

Rollers

We have over 40 rollers, ranging from three ton tandem drum to 13 ton single drum machines. We also have around 20 remote control trench rollers, within our ever-growing fleet of plant and machinery.

Crushers & Screeners

We own a Terex Finlay J960 Crusher and two Keestrack K3 Screeners (250 tonnes per hour capacity) to support the recycling of site-won materials and reduction in imported aggregates.

Telehandlers

We have our own fleet of Telehandlers for transporting heavy goods on our sites.
