We’re pleased to announce that Champion Groundworks will be delivering the groundworks and infrastructure for Classic Builders on a brand new 41-plot development in Yelverton.
Our scope covers the drainage, roads and access needed across the site, including a large attenuation basin and more than 500 linear metres of retaining walls.
The full package includes:

➡️ 493.5m² of tarmac parking courts
➡️ 1,478m² of private driveways
➡️ 547.1m² of private footpaths
➡️ 513 linear metres of retaining walls
➡️ 481.23m of drainage
➡️ 1,985m² of adopted tarmac roads
➡️ 264.5m² of adopted vehicle crossovers
➡️ 637.2m² of adopted footpaths
