CITB Top 100 most influential women in construction

We're delighted to see the CITB Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction awards return in 2025, for its fourth year. The awards will continue to highlight the significant contributions of women from across the construction industry and showcase women in the sector, in order to make female and non-binary role models more visible and accessible.

As a business who employs a number of women across a variety of roles both on-site and within our offices, we couldn't advocate harder for having more women making their mark in the industry. We welcome these awards as a platform to showcase the amazing work that women are already doing within what has historically been a very male-dominated industry.
