A huge congratulations to Harvey Edwards, who recently successfully completed his Level 2 Groundworks Apprenticeship with Champion Groundworks.
Devon-based Harvey joined us in August 2024 after leaving Bideford College and has since spent the past two years developing his skills on projects across Devon, including sites for our valued clients Baker Estates and Wain Homes.
During his apprenticeship, Harvey attended Bridgwater College in two-week blocks while gaining valuable hands-on experience on site. He's developed skills and experience across a wide range of groundworks, with a particular focus on finishing works – an area he especially enjoys because, unlike much of what we do in groundworks, you get to see the finished result of all the team's hard work.
We're delighted that Harvey is staying with Champion as a permanent member of the team, where he'll continue to develop his skills as a highly capable groundworker.
