From Apprenticeship to Traineeship
Find out more about our most recent Apprenticeship graduate, Joshua Andrew and his exciting new role at Champion Groundworks.
A huge shout out to Joshua Andrew, who recently completed his Level 2 Groundworks Apprenticeship with us and has successfully secured a traineeship within our head office in Liskeard, starting January 2026.
Following his hard work and dedication to developing his skills as a Groundworker, Josh expressed a keen interest in learning more about Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering - so to support him with his career goals we're very pleased that he'll be joining our head office team on a 12-month traineeship where he'll spend time working across the Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering and Adoptions teams - just to name a few!
Well done Josh, on your recent Apprenticeship completion and we're all very excited to see how your career develops with us from here on out ❤️
