ISO 45003 Accredited
Setting the standard for mental wellbeing within groundworks
We are beyond proud and excited to share that we have achieved ISO 45003 (Psychological Health & Safety at Work).
Not only that, but once again we're setting the standard for Groundworks businesses in the region, with this new accolade marking a couple of new 'firsts':
✔️ We're the very first Groundworks business to achieve the ISO 45003 accreditation via NQA in the UK
✔️ We're the only business in the South West (beyond Bristol) to have achieved this standard
If you follow our page, hopefully you'll already know that we're making great strides when it comes to supporting our teams when it comes to their mental wellbeing, but also providing our managers with tools to effectively recognise and support those who need it through initiatives like the introduction of our Mental Health First Aid training and daily welfare checks for our on-site teams. This new ISO 45003 accreditation is just another way that we're committing to putting the physical and mental welfare of our teams first.
