Welcoming 3West Group to Champion Groundworks
We’re pleased to be underway on a new project, welcoming 3West Group as a new client for Champion Groundworks.
3West are a privately owned housebuilder, delivering high-quality developments across the South West. Their latest scheme at Meeting Lane, Lympstone is no exception.
The development will deliver 42 thoughtfully designed homes, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, including a selection of larger properties extending beyond 3,500 sq ft. The scheme also includes 14 affordable homes and areas of public open space, helping to support the needs of the local community.
Set within a beautiful village location, surrounded by existing hedgerows and mature trees, this is a project we’re proud to be part of. We’re working closely with the 3West team to bring their plans to life.
Our scope of works includes:

➡️ Roads (350m)
➡️ Drainage (580m)
➡️ Attenuation pond (3,000m³)
➡️ Pump station
➡️ Section 278 works, including a new junction and road improvements
