Getting It Right First Time
Last week, members of our Commercial, Adoptions, Procurement and Quality teams visited Wrekin’s Civils Hub in Lichfield to take a closer look at how choosing the right products and installing them correctly first time helps maintain highway standards.
The visit brought together colleagues whose roles span product selection and purchasing through to quality checks and the adoption process. It was a valuable opportunity to explore how decisions made at each stage contribute to the long-term performance of the infrastructure we deliver. Getting the details right on site helps reduce defects, support smoother inspections and achieve quicker adoption of roads and sewers for our valued clients.
Working closely with our suppliers keeps us up to date with the latest installation requirements and innovations across the sector, so our teams can bring that knowledge straight back to site.
