Following the recent announcement of our continued partnership with Lovell Partnerships, we’re pleased to share an update from phase two of the Barne Barton regeneration project in Plymouth.
The wider development will deliver 204 new homes, transforming a former naval accommodation site into a modern, 100% affordable mixed-tenure community. Alongside energy-efficient homes, the scheme will provide a new community centre, playgrounds and a nature garden.
We’ve proudly supported the project since 2022. Our phase two package includes:
➡️ Groundworks for 60 new homes
➡️ 563m of adoptable drainage
➡️ 527m³ of soakaways
➡️ 1,625m² of adoptable roads
➡️ 820m² of adoptable footpaths
➡️ 934m of retaining and screen walls
➡️ 1,128m of service trenching
Our team are making excellent progress, having already completed foundations for fifteen plots, substructures for nine plots and 113m of reinforced concrete walls.
