PROJECT UPDATE: LYMPSTONE
The latest from our project for 3West Group
Take a look at these recent photos showing the progress our team is making for 3West Group at its new residential development in Lympstone, Devon.
The scheme will deliver 42 thoughtfully designed three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including a selection of larger properties extending beyond 3,500 sq ft. It will also provide 14 affordable homes and areas of public open space, helping to support the needs of the local community.
Work is progressing well, with all roads now in place, the attenuation pond installed and both drainage outfalls established. We also handed back the role of Principal Contractor to 3West Group at the beginning of August.
Our scope of works includes:
➡️ 42 plots
➡️ 350m of roads
➡️ 580m of drainage
➡️ 3,000m³ attenuation pond
➡️ Pump station
➡️ Section 278 works, including a new junction and road improvements
