Congratulations Dean

Celebrating our team milestones

We're delighted to congratulate Dean Hancock on successfully completing his Level 6 qualification in Construction Management!

‍

Dean joined Team Champion three years ago as a Site Manager and is currently overseeing our project at Panderosa in Bodmin. Having completed his Level 4 qualification last year, Dean has spent the past couple of years juggling his studies alongside the demands of managing busy construction projects, and we're incredibly proud to see all that hard work pay off!

‍

When we caught up with Dean about his experience, he explained that completing his Level 6 qualification wasn't quite as daunting as he'd initially thought. By choosing verbal assessments rather than written questions, he found the process much more approachable. After all, when you're talking about something you do every day, it's not so difficult!

‍

Dean also highlighted how much of the evidence required for his qualification came directly from the work he was already carrying out on site. Being able to draw on his day-to-day experience made the whole process feel far more manageable alongside his busy role.

‍

Of course, balancing work commitments with further study still takes plenty of dedication, and Dean's achievement is a brilliant example of how practical experience and professional development can go hand in hand.

‍

At Champion Groundworks, we're passionate about supporting our people to develop their skills, gain qualifications and progress their careers. Seeing colleagues like Dean take the next step is something we're always proud to celebrate.

‍

A huge well done, Dean! A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved. We look forward to seeing you continue to grow and succeed as part of Team Champion!
